What is the general consensus concerning PCSX-ReARMed recently and its visible accuracy or effectiveness in running titles versus something like Swanstation I keep hearing Swanstation is superior but it’s only available on Android or Lakka which I want to avoid using on my modded Switch, while maintaining use of CRT shaders and retro achievements with fullspeed emulation. To get the latest version of PCSX-RA, just head over here to the libretro buildbot and get any nightly that is from the 26th September onwards. HLE - Forces core to use built-in bios emulation. On the PC version of RetroArch PCSX-ReArmed is substituted by mednafen-PSX. Use BIOS pcsxrearmedbios (autoHLE) Allows you to use real bios file (if available) or emulated bios (HLE). ReArmed is the libretro port of this emulator for ARM platforms (Android being the main example) and is probably the most compatible portable emulator in the market. One of its most popular features (still today) is the fact that it worked near flawlessly with a BIOS file. PCSX-ReArmed is a fork of the popular emulator PCSX-R which itself was a continuation of the original PCSX emulator. Which was followed up this morning with the announcement that PCSX-ReArmed is now available on the PS Vita! I tried two games but couldn’t get it to boot, I don’t have the time to troubleshoot right now but you can check here to see what games people are playing and with what success.
